Model Master Metalics
Posted by Bioya on Friday, October 31, 2008 10:58 AM

Just bought some MM Metalics Air Brush ready paint. What do I use for thinner? What works for cleaning-up? Also, I have a bottle of their MM Metalic sealer. What works for clean-up for this? They smell like laquer based, but are they?

Don't thin them , they are AB "ready".

Clean up with lacquer thinner. In a few years if you find they need thinned use MM own thinner or lacquer thinner. Same with clear sealer.

Don't try to mask the stuff unless you use the sealer or you'll be repainting.

And don't ever, EVER, use an electric paint stirrer. Unless you want a bath in the stuff.
