Polyscale Flat Problems

Did you mix the PS well before you sprayed it?

I use the same mix you do, about 50/50 but I use Windex as a thinnerbv. The only time I've ever had a problem like what you mention is when I forgot to stir up the PS. My eyedropper sucked up pure flat media. When I sprayed it I got something resembling snow. Oops. That's when I remembered to stir the stuff up before rationing it out.

I just noticed you popped over here too.  You should get others chiming in here too.  Other with more experince with the Polly flat.  So we can let the other 2 threads die peacefully and I iwll get anyone else the pops in all caught up with this...

As far what to have done, not 100% sure .  I do know more of the flat wo'nt change what's there.  I would have tried a coat of Future.  As far as the
incocsistent" paint job now... can you re-weather it a bit heavier maybe to slavage the build?
