Hasegawa (and many other Asian model companies) list Gunze (now GSI Creos) paint codes for both Aqueous Hobby Color (acrylic) and Mr Color (lacquer).
Usually this is in a two number format:
- white number in a black block with no prefix = Mr Color
- Black number in a white block with "H" prefix = Aqueous Hobby Color
H-7 as referenced by your instructions is Gloss Brown
