Ken, Kudos to you! You really put into action what customer service is all about. I have seen you on the forums more than once helping folks out with your product. Even if I didn't think that Badger was the best AB out there, your commitment to helping your customers would sell me on your company. It is wonderful to see a company standing behind their product and providing personal customer service in this day of automated systems and contracted "customer care". I fully intend to pass my 150 along to my son in a few years (he is 3 now) and I am confident that it will work just as well for him as it does for me. If there ever is the odd problem, I have no doubt that you or someone else at Badger will be there to help him solve it quickly and get back to the bench.
