Suuuure get yourself a paasche, use it to take off hubcaps, kill bugs with it and it will still spray just fine.

you may have a seal issue?  have you done any major disassembly?  Have you tried backflushing the gun?

How tight does the needle fit in the seal when you reinstall it? Does it drag well on the seal or does it slide in like nothing is there?

My Iwata is acting up - Can you help?

My Iwata side feed has been acting up all day.  I've cleaned it five or six times.  It seems to spray thinner ok after I get it cleaned but as soon as I try to spray paint it seems to stop feeding from the cup.  I've been using this airbrush for two years and it's never acted like this before.  Am I missing an o-ring or something that could be the cause???
