The Omni series is manufactured to the best tolerances you can buy from an American made airbrush. The Vega series are just about as good.
I believe the Badger models such as the Anthem and 360 are also comparable to the Omni's quality.

I am not sure but I would say the Omni probably has the edge over the 360, but I could be wrong.

Yes, all of the Omni line have a Teflon needle bearing.
