Wash removal help ?

I just finished a M4 Sherman, then clear coated it in future. I then applied the wash two days later. I was not happy with the results so I removed the wash using windex. Do I need to recoat with future before I reapply the new wash? Any help will be greatly appreciated. The wash was acrylic. Jeff
