Hi, Has anyone used play-doe for masking. I have some left over from when my kids were little.  The play-doe is in good shape any thoughts thanks.

I've never used it before. However, I do use Silly Putty from time to time for masking. Try some of the Play-Doh on a piece and see if it leaves a residue. I kind of have a feeling that it will...

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Jeff

I put a little on some plastic left it on a while went back and took it off.  There is a spot left on the plastic not sure if all putty leaves a little residue.

I think my experiments with Silly Putty left somme residue.

However there are products called Handy Tack and FunTack that work fabulously well! The stuff is cheap and reusable and leaves no residue.
