I have an RC Car and im trying to paint it blue with red ghost flame sparkels, in order to spray the sparkles i have to put it in a clear coat, and when i removed the masking tape it pulled off the coat as well, what should i do?

Ok Did you spray the inside of the body? RC car bodies are made of Lexan and you dont spray the outside of the body as you would a plastic model...Also you need to be sure you are using the correct type paint...or else it will blister/peel and fall off...There are only two brands of RC Lexan hobby paint that I have ever used Faskolor by Parma and Pactra also has a line of paints for RC bodies....You said you used clear coat...There is no clear coat thats made specifically for RC Lexan bodies, that Im aware of and Ive been racing RC cars/buggies/trucks going on 10yrs...So that may be part of your problem...Also you might want to check out http://www.radiocontrolzone.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=e1ea1a90ca4a2df4c2cf44be5312ebe4&forumid=114
