new to the forum, alot of good info, my question is this...I have a Paasche VL airbrush and am considering the D3000R compressor. Could I get some opinions on this unit? would appreciate any help. Thanks

You can find the answer on the Paasche Selection Chart.

For the VL airbrush, which is siphon feed, the more powerful DA200R or DA400R compressor is a better match according to Paasche. But the DA3000R can work well for all modeling tasks too. Just thin out your paint properly.

Usually, gravity feed airbrush such as the Talon needs less power and is a better fit with the DA3000R compressor.

I have the older model DA400 and am happy with it. I don't have first hand experience with the newer DA3000. It looks like a good compressor based on spec. Come back later to tell us your decision and how you like the compressor.
