Not bad for a first attempt, I might change a few things after I see how well it performs.

Looks good but what fan is in it? Does it have adequate CFM to move the fumes out?

Wisdom is the right use of knowledge. To know is not to be wise. Many men know a great deal, and are all the greater fools for it. There is no fool so great a fool as a knowing fool. But to know how to use knowledge is to have wisdom. " Charles Spurgeon

It's an exhaust fan, 70 cfm.  May not be enough, if not I can upgrade to a 180 cfm fan.  I wanted to start off with something less intrusive with noise.  I'll just see how well it work this weekend.
