Does anybody know the difference?...Is the Insignia more of a gloss?....

I know with Model Master paints, Insignia white is a gloss.  I think it's a little more of cream color than gloss white.

Insignia White is ANA 601, used mainly on the lower surfaces of USN aircraft through 1945,  Closest modern match is FS 37880.  It's matte BTW.
