Ok gang here is the problem I’m painting a Monogram B-52. Using Krylon spray paint. 1st mistake wrong color black flat not gloss. Spraying out side 70-75deg little wind. Changed color to gloss black now I have orange peel Question how is the best way to remove the orange peel with out sanding away all my detail lines

Orange peel is from the hot temperature I believe.Best to identify why the mistake occured then a repeat is aviodable. I would have left the flat black and coated with gloss clear.The black will have to be sanded prior to the clear of course. Is the fblack under the gblack? Light coats with a lotta thinner is best in hot climates. Orange peel is nottooo bad it can be sanded out with progressively finer grits ,not too coarse to start ,and wet sanding all the way through . water with a drop of dish soap and watch for the paper loading up with paint ,make sure the paint is fully dry as well.
