The color cups are all I use on my siphon ABs, without any caps. It only took one spill.
I'll have to pickup one of the cups with the bent neck.
So long folks!
stikpusher I have thought about getting one of those. With my luck I will end up spilling more paint on my rather than spraying on the model... But yes I wil be looking for one.

Badger makes a cap to fit, or you can make one like I did. There is more info further down my page.

Congratulations on a great bargain. As for the Badger jars, you might want to pick up a 1/4 oz. paint cup for smaller jobs. You can see a couple here.
I LOVE IT! Todays 1st attempt with my new airbrush went very well. It fit my existing Badger braided hose so now I have a spare hose since the new one came with one also. I tried one of my less favorite brands and types of paint to initiate with, Testors Model Master Acrylic, thinned with distilled water. far less problems here than with my old Badger. Clean up went well. The only negative I really have is that the siphon tube on the jar it comes with does not go to the very bottom of the jar. And while the old Badger jars will not fit the new assembly, there was an alternative, the jar assembly from my old Badger fits just fine. I experimented on seeing how fine of lines i could get with it and 1/8" was extremely simple and smaller can likely be easily done with better paints. Best deal/steal I have ever gotten off Ebay!!!
Cool, let us know how you like it!
It arrived in today's mail, and looks pristine! I am very excited about trying it out tomorrow when I have time to paint. It resembles the Omni model 3000 in the Thayer&Chandler line. I will let you all know how it works out! It looks like a big leap for me in airbrushing capabilities!!!
Thank you for that information. I am getting it with shipping for around $25 so I am quite happy. It is a single action, whcih is fine by me, as I have not yet used a double action airbrush. Now I know where to go if I need parts and support!
Well, if it's a T&C one could get parts from Badger. That's good news!
I've got one. They are Thayer Chandler airbrushes with the Monogram name on them. They are a good deal because few people know who made them in the first place. Mine is a single action, but I think there was a double action model as well.
Well I am getting it for a "steal" off Ebay. I am not too worried about replacement parts and at the price I am paying, if I get a couple years use out of it, I will be quite happy. Keep your fingers crossed for me. My old Badger is long overdue for replacement.
Don Wheeler Here's the kind of problem you might have with that airbrush. Don
Here's the kind of problem you might have with that airbrush.
They do have many Revell-Airbrush-Service-Centers in Europe.
I never know that the Revell AB were or are sold in the US. Cannot find the airbrush in the Revell North American site.
Never heard of them until now, but OOP and no information found online would lead me to reject it! I want to buy airbrushes I can get parts for if need be!
I just found one of these online and am looking at purchasing it. Can anyone tell me anything about them? It is a model 6100. Is it made by another company for the Monogram Pro Modeler label? They appear to be out of production currently and I can not find any online information. Any info will be apprecaited.
