Based on my experience, I'd sand it. Once it cures, it doesn't (I don't think ) re-level itself with subsequent coats. On the other hand, it sands pretty darned well.

OK, Yes I know better, but.

I decided to air brush a car model with MM Acryl. I must have let the nozzle get to far from the body and now I have a few areas (like the trunk lid) that are really rough.

Question - should I sand it smooth (as possible) with 600 W/D paper, and lay another coad or two over it, or will another coat or two smooth things out. Yes, it will get clear or future over coats when done.
