Can Model Master clear and flat acylic be used on Tamyia acrylic paints? and if so can it be used right from the bottle or should it be thinned?

Yes, MM acrylic can be used over Tamiya acrylic paint.  Just be sure to let the Tamiya cure-I allow at least 24 hrs.  Also, I thin my MM with MM acrylic thinner.
