TAMIYA ACRYLIC THINNER IN MM & POLY S

Ran out of MM acrylic thinner could i use Tamiya acrylic thinner instead give me some input guys I don't want to mess up good paint or my paint job thanks   Aceses5ConfusedConfused

I do not know about Tamiya X-20a with  MM acrylic.  But Polly S and Tamiya X-20a thinner are not a good mix.   Thin your Polly S with Distilled water with Liquitex Flow Aid added to it as a retarder.  You can get Liquitex at Hobbly Lobby and Michaels.

Kirk: Sprayed some polys last night water worked great if you thin polys with water does'nt that make it more like a latex paint. I was under the imprssion polys was an acrylic? Thanks for your help Kirk.    BalloonsBow Down

I've used Tamiya acrylic thinner (and still do) with MM and never had an issue.

I use rubbing alcohol by itself or destilled water with a drop of liquid soap.
