I would imagine that she is much the same as her sister ships, so if you can find paint colors for any of the class, they should be a pretty sure bet.
The Nimitz is out there in kit & there will be plenty of build reviews of her which will detail paint colors - use Google. Here are a couple of links, one with a paint plan - although it isn't very legible;

Hi guys. I'm fairly new to the modeling world and would like to know if there is any good sites on line to look at color schemes for naval ships. I just bought a 1/800th scale model of the USS Eisenhower and discovered it doesn't list the colors I need, any help or advise would be great.
