Hay Jim, you got any rims to go with the tires ?

I got 4 dog ball hubs to go on it.

Let me know, and if you do I can maybe stop by and get them.

Thanks

Bud

Hi Bud,

Did you ever get the tires for that Camaro? If you didn't, let me know. I have tons of tires.

Tamiya has a Maroon in their spray-can range.

Humbrol has a an Enamel maroon.

While not as close but still good looking also look at "Wine-red".

Yea, she's an AMT 1975 Camaro and is about 35 years old.

This was my 75'

And what's this about the back window ?

Here is a 76'

Hey Bud, Are you making the AMT 75 Camaro? The picture you show is at least a 76 body style. You have to change the back window?. I had a 76 Rally Sport for my 1:1 new back in the day. I can't find a 76 model kit though. The kit you have is vintage.Cool

Well from what I am looked up and from all the links I think I am going to go with the Honduras Maroon. That to me is the cloest I can find. I already bought one so Thank You Bow Down for all the info.

Hey Bud,

I think the only way to get any closer would be to track down the actual paint code and have an auto paints supplier or a repair shop mix up a batch to spec for you.

But it looks like the Testors one (Honduras Maroon) may be a close enough match. Don't know if this list is definitive, but it seems to suggest that it's the same colour. http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcodedisplay.cgi?dupont=42810LM&rows=50
