Foamboard for paint booth

I have to build a new paint booth as my old one (35+ years old) has finally given up. It is impossible to get parts to fix it and I do need a larger paint booth. I have a 500 CFM fan and recessed lighting I plan on installing in my new one. I will use 1 X 1 wood for the frame work and luan for the top and sides for the recessed lighting, three on top and one on each side. When I was at Hobby Lobby yesterday, I saw foamboard and an idea hit me. My thought was to use foamboard for the back and bottom of the booth. It is bright white so light would reflect, but my concern is, would it be durable enough. Also would it take the heat from the lighting without melting.
Has any one used foamboard for projects and how would it stand up for use in a paint booth?
