jseese:  My first experience with Red Frog was about like this:  place the order (Trumpy 1/32 SU-27 Flanker and aftermarket goodies);  wait; no confirmation; wait some more;  just about the time I think that something is amiss, the order is delivered.  Even threw in a Red Frog Hobbies T-shirt!   Not the quickest to ship but certainly not the slowest either.  IMHO, a reputable dealer that often has items in stock that are hard to find elsewhere.  Sound familiar?

Hope that you have a good transaction.  I hate to steer people wrong.

Thanks Don, that is refreshing to here. I work in the website design/hosting business and we offer an ecom platform and some of our customers are so bad with understanding how the customer experience makes or breaks you so I am always unsure about some of the non-mainstream sites.

I placed an order with the Red Frog site so we will see. They def. are not like Sprue Brothers. No order confirmation and very sketchy site but we'll see.

ordered from Red Frog several times with no problems.  But you are correct about the lack of communication relative to Sprue Brothers.

Lucky Model has 500 in the jar. 3.99 for the paint and 3.57 for the shipping.  I've ordered from them without any problems.

Gunze products (like mr surfacer) are very hard to get over here (europe) so I order them from Hobby Link Japan. The shipping can be relatively high indeed but HLJ has good service, price and is reliable.

Tried them and they don't have any I emailed them and they don't have any ETA on when they will get some. I placed an order with the Red Frog site so we will see. They def. are not like Sprue Brothers. No order confirmation and very sketchy site but we'll see.

Check www.spruebrothers.com - I just got a spray can of 1200 from them, but not sure if they have what you're looking for.  They do seem to have trouble keeping that Japanese stuff in stock.

Gimme a pigfoot, and a bottle of beer...

Man this stuff is hard to find in bottles. I saw Hobby Link Japan has it but I hate giving out my CC number without having a total and overseas shipping for a few bottles in expensive. Anyone know of a local place (in the USA) to get this stuff. Every place seems to be out of stock on it.
