How long does Tamiya spray primer take to dry?

   Since the instructions are all in Japanese.....anybody know how long before you can sand on it or put a coat of paint on it?

     Funny stuff, this.  Acts almost powdery when it goes on.

I usually wait at least 30 mins. to an hour before sanding primer. You want a good set in before messing with it, so a good hour is pretty sufficient.
