But...from experience...invest in a few shades and try 'em out.
I had great experience with the AMT-7 Blue, but I had some very intense battles with AMT Black. It tended to either go translucent, or lay down grainy.
They also don't seem to reduce well at all. Instead of getting to a consistency of dirty water, it's more along the lines of sand in a cup of water, and it falls out of suspension pretty fast.
Not at all saying they're bad paints...just that there's no perfect paint. White Ensign, like every other brand, has its quirks that will drive some people up the wall.
