A Colman Powermate?
Anyway, you will need a regulator & filter which the compressor may or may not have fitted - the regulator unit will consist of a pressure guage & adjusting knob just before the air outlet & the filter is usually a glass bowl type affair, combined with or fitted close to the regulator, a bit like this;
If you already have one fitted, you will need to check that it can reduce the pressure down to what you require for airbrushing - somewhere between 10 > 30psi - if this is the case, all you will then need is a reducer/adapter so that you can connect you airbrush air hose to the regulator.
If you do not have a regulator, you will need to get hold of one, preferably with a filter (stops moisture getting to your airbrush) - just make certain that the regulators stated maximum input pressure exceeds your compressors maximum output by a sensible margin.
