i would treat it like any coat of paint as far as how to let it dry.  If you are happy with and are 100% sure you won't want to tune it up later any flat coat will seal it in place. I don't flat coat until it will be the dead last thing I need to do before it goes on the shelf.  Nothing worse than finding a smudge or something you need to fix but can't get at it because it's sealed in there.

Well,I dot filtered my JSU-152,I think it looks ok.My question is how long should I wait before I do anything else to the finish.The conditions in the basement are warm and dry.Also once it dries,should I cover it with an acrylic flat like Vallejo before proceeding..
