Any ideas on how to get good light inside my new Pace spraybooth? I saw some 25W clip-on lights at the lamp store but perhaps there's something better out there? I would prefer to be able to go buy it today and not order it online.
Thanks,
Vivian

Hello,just be careful about putting light inside the booth,introducing electricity into the fumes can be explosive.
I do realize that, but how does one see what one's doing otherwise?
This is what I use on mine. They sell similar ones (and better too) at wall-mart.

Thanks joeviz, how long do the batteries last and do you think Target might have it?
Why not order some from Pace?

vaw1975 Thanks joeviz, how long do the batteries last and do you think Target might have it?
I've had mine for just over a year. I take the batteries (rechargeable) out between models. So I could not tell you how long they last. As for Target? Well.. I've never bothered to look. Sorry.
Get off your behind and go take a look
There are plenty of inexpensive choices out there. Let us know what you find/use. Good luck bud!
Hey joe, I found some very similar ones in Home Depot. Sylvania, with magnetic back. Got two. Thanlks again for the hint. I didn't want to add electric lights so this is a good enough option for now. V
sorry,I was thinking about 120v lights,which would have to be vapor proof.
I use a 12" fluoescent fixture from Home Depot stuck to the top with 2 sided foam tape and plug it in. No problem!
Hi All; I am glad I found this thread on the forum. I have been comparison shopping various paint booths and was interested in the 24" Pace booth. And then the comparison question of lighting came up. This sounds like a very economical solution with the LED lights. And is it the safer solution for combustible fumes? I use both acrylics and enamels with airbrushing, so it appears to be a worthy question. I hope to see some experienced opinions on this aspect.
Thanks;
Dave
