If using all three components together doesnt work, try cleaning the tips and needles well. Also, the folks at Badger are extremely helpfull. Try giving them a call if all else fails. They will get you back to work for sure.

Be sure to get all 3 parts.  Check your manual or look here.  I suggest you replace the entire head instead of just the tiny tip.  Look at page 3 to see what that would involve.

IT didn't work, the needles are two different sizes (length) and the needle from the 200 wouldn't fit into the unscrewable internal sleeve, it will just give me an excuse to head down to the hobby store and get a new tip. Thanks anyway.

Thanks Don, I never even thought to try that- I will let you know in a bit.

Did you swap the spray regulator and needle too?  The three items go together.

Just got a new Badger 100, works like a charm. However, when I tried the medium tip from my 200 (  they are suppose to be interchangeable) all I got was spitting and no paint flow- any ideas? I thinned the paint (tamiya) to about 50/50 and  adjusted the pressures up and down and still nothing.

Also can you spray MM semi gloss over future after decaling?
