Ok guys after reading around I picked up some BIN primer

Supposedly it is an amazing primer on plastic since it completely wipes out any bleed through of the molded plastic.
Questions
Should I thin this out from the can? Normally before I shoot any acrylic through my gravity fed eclipse I thin it with 91% alchohol. Now I believe this is Shellac based. I tried thining it in a test container with the alchohol and it thinned fine. I then wiped out the container and went to my sink and attempted to wash out the remaining film with water
Yowser!!!
The stuff coagulated like blood. Almost into a rubber like substance.
So now I am nervous to put it through my nice brush.
Anyone have any experience with this?
