What's the cause of this?

Wanted to put a primer coat on my 1/72 Mosquito last night, and this is what happened, not sure how it happened. I'm a beginner airbrusher.  Maybe the airbrush wasn't cleaned enough?

It appears to me that your primer paint was not thinned enough. I suggest sanding the model lightly and applying another coat of primer.

It looks to me like something wasn't compatible.  What primer and thinner did you use?  I notice the bottom of the fuselage is shiny.  Primer is normally flat.
