No it will not hurt any seals if you use cleaners that are water based.

DO NOT soak any airbrush in lacquer thinner without disassembling it and never put chemicals like that in the ultrasonic cleaner.

What about the seals/washers that are in the brushes> I have not taken my Eclipse 100% apart yet and I think there is still one more washer inside it. Would this hurt them in any way?

I have one almost identical and it works great with some Windex and water in it.

I highly recommend them.

Has anybody used one of these to clean an airbrush?

I read somewhere that someone used one but I can't remember where so if anybody did it work or what? I have an Iwata Eclipse HP-CS and Badger 200. Thought I'd try to clean them with this sonic cleaner.
