You can contact Badger directly. They are well and kicking.

That's why I posted here.  Three separate Badger CS reps had no idea what I was talking about, even after I sent them a photo of the two together.

Sometimes, you gotta go outside the source to find info.  My guess is the CS reps were about half my age, and had no idea what an airbrush was...they did, however, sound good on the phone.

Ok, maybe somebody else can answer, but as Badger's un-official rep here on the boards I figured I'd give it a shot:

I picked up a StencilAire a couple of years ago during Badger's Garage Sale and didn't get a manual with it.  Is there one online somewhere?  I need a parts listing for it.  Plus I saw your "show your workbench" with the dozen or so airbrushes you had... you gotta have one of these laying around, right?

Thanks in advance...

I have the manual for my 100 series side feed brush in the first photo.  After looking at the SG manual, they use almost all the same parts.  I was just wondering if it was a 100SG brand labeled as the Stencil Aire.  Thanks for the help, Bill.

Ah, must be one of their targeted brand names. I've seen them use Nailaire, and it looks much the same. That's definitely an old style 100 series head, and I'm willing to bet the air valve and needle assembly are the same.

Here's a link to the 100 Series instruction book, with will download as a .pdf file. There may be minor differences in the body, but otherwise should serve your purpose.

Bill,

Thanks for the quick reply.  Here are a couple of photos that may help.  It almost looks like a 100SG since it has the reservoir in the top of the airbrush.

I have many Badger manuals, but am not familiar with the Stencilaire designation. Badger, with the exception of the Renegade series, uses numbers and letters (100LG), sometimes with a "name" and sometimes without.. Can you post a pic or a number for it, and I'll see what I have?

So long folks!
