Spray booth fan FYI

Something like that I would definitely mount outside my workshop...in the attic with a remote switch to turn it on and off. You really need to plumb these thing to exhaust outside. Those bags are fine for saw dust but finer particles bleed through the bag. My friend has a really expensive one and he's always complaining about the dust in his workshop...each time I point to the source. Sure as pudding, as soon as he vented it outside, the dust problem was gone.

I didn't use the bag. Instead the output is connected to a dryer hose/vent that goes out the window.

I'll admit this is way overkill if you are using nothing but a hobby airbrush.

I mainly use rattle cans for spraying primer or when a large model is being painted in one color. (like the Mobius large Seaview).

Next time I'm at Lowes I'm gonna pick up a 4in diameter "Y" ductwork adapter, some more dryer hose and reconnect the smaller fan for when I use an airbrush. This may not work if fumes escape out the other side of the "Y" that isn't being used.. I'll keep ya posted.
