It is an older design from Badger that few people talked about today. Badger seems to be more interested in promoting their newer airbrushes.

When you get the airbrush, come back to tell us how good it is.

Did you order one used or new?

The Omni 4000 is a "detail" brush, and will work very well with acrylics. While it is an "older" design, it is also a tried and true airbrush. I'm not sure what a "modern" design would look like,as almost all airbrushes (except the Azteks) are based on similar technology with minor details in needle size and handle shape.

Just remember to practice, practice, practice and try not to get frustrated, and you'll be fine.

So long folks!

It's a very good airbrush and highly recommended.

If I could only have one airbrush it would be the Patriot gravity feed or the Omni 4000.

Thanks for the reports, you seem quite positive so hopefully it'll be very good, hoping i'll be able to paint as thin as a signature for example, well, fingers crossed
