What are you going to be painting with? What are you going to be painting on? Those tow things have a lot to do with how fine they will go. With inks on paper you can really get small with just about anything under .5 needle. It's more about technique but I am happy with the two I use, Iwata eclipse .5 and .3, and a Badger Renegade .21, either of them will get me a real fine line on paper but it's a lot tricker on plastic.

Great Art in the UK carry Rich airbrushes. They are good solid airbrushes, at very reasonable prices. I have one exactly like this, and it has been one of my better detailing airbrushes for close to 20 years. But remember that thin lines take some skill. You will still need to find the right airpressure and paint thckness, and you need to get close. But it has the physical ability to paint thin lines. http://www.greatart.co.uk/RICHAB200-colours-airbrush.htm

Better an airbrush in the hand, than ten in the car....Stick out tongue
