I am not familiar with the paint you used, but two things may help. Make sure the paint is properly thinned to the consistancy of skim milk, and is thinned with the thinner they recomend, also, 40 psi seems awful high. I have never had to use more than 20 to spray. Too much air, and you are waisting paint. Hope this helps, and good luck.

BTW, I have the same airbrush, and I love it.

Problems with my Badger airbrush

HELP
I have a Badger Credcendo Model 175 bottom feed, dual action, internal mix airbrush. I have used enamels in the airbrush before with moderate success but cleaning enamels is such a hassle so I'm trying to convert to acrylics. So I put FolkArt #410 Lavender Acrylic into my airbrush to paint a '70 Plymouth Duster and set my compressor at 40psi. BUT the stuff only sprays in spurts and blobs. I completely diassembled and cleaned it and changed the psi over and over and it still will not spray!!! WHAT IS GOING ON?
