There are many choice at this Ebay catagory "gauge". To replace the one at the pressure regulator, a 2.5-3" face, 60 psi is ideal. Check that the pressure port thread matches your regulator thread size. The best port location is at the side of the gauge at 90 degrees. Some gauge has the port at the back side of the gauge. Many has the port at 0 degree side like the ones MikeV showed.

New gauge for the compressor

The gauge that came with my Badger Million Air was a good gauge but the numbering was such that any small changes in pressure was not possible as there were only marks at the 10, 20 and 30 psi positions.

I picked up another gauge on Ebay for $4.95 and $3.95 shipping and now have control from 1-60 psi.

The gauge also has a nice metal housing and not plastic like many are. Cool Yes

The original gauge is on the left and the new one is on the right. If anyone is looking for a gauge like this shoot me a note and I will give you the link to the seller.

Mike
