Wash order correct?

That sounds right to me - assuming Flory/Promodeller is not acrylic based (i've never used it before).  If it is, use an enamel/lacquer based final gloss coat.

I've seen people do spot gloss with Future (brush painted).  Not sure how brush painting spot gloss would work with other clear gloss - my attempts have left brush strokes etc.

Although, you can always a/b gloss i guess.

Fine except if any of the washes are supposed to be a serious leak which might appear glossy.  In that case that/those washes would come after the satin finish.  An example would be oil leaks from bottom of engine area that collects on parts of bottom.  Also hydraulic fluid leaks.  That stays wet for a long time and may appear glossy.  I make those washes by tinting a gloss clear.  Put on last thing.  They are almost in between wash and paint.

It's a water based wash I'm doing for panel lines, which will be over Future or Li quitex acrylic clear (In turn over Tamiya acrylics).

I've been messing around with Liquitex acrylic clears as Klear (Future) isn't as easy to get hold of here & also because I've some concern over yellowing with Future, especially over a white base. Liquitex advise that their acrylic varnishes shouldn't be thinned, even for airbrushing, but straight Liquitex "High Gloss Varnish" doesn't level out anywhere as well as Future, I've tried adding some Flow Improver which gave some improvement, but not enough.

I've read a few snippets (mainly from artists) that Liquitex clears thinned with Tamiya X-20A works very well, so I'll be giving it a try.
