Not with my experiences with Acryl.

Best: Super Clean
2nd best: Easy-Off oven cleaner in the yellow (original) can.
I prefer Simple Green, but it could take some time....
Windex will remove MM Acryl but it takes a while for some reason. Tamiya will come off almost instantly with Windex.
Ironically, I just pulled some old bombs out of a Windex bath about 10 minute before I wrote this. They had both Tamiya and MM Acryl on them. The Tamiya came right off and the MM Acryl needed some help with a toothbrush.

Nothing brings off acrylics like said item. Rubbing or Methylated(sp?) Spirits be my weapon of choice.
Quite possibly. Let it sit overnight then. Can't hurt.

On deck: Tamiya Marder 1A2
In the hole: Who knows what's next!
Pretty sure. I only use acrylic. I just went to check and be sure before answering. Perhaps it's because it has 3 coats.
Thanks for the reply. It must take awhile because I've been soaking in Windex for about an hour with no result. Let's see what happens after an overnight soak.:)
If you've got the part removed from the model you can dip it in Windex. That'll take the acrylic right off!
I've painted a part with Model Master Acrylic. Several coats later, I'm getting loss of detail (you really don't want to know why I something so stupid in the first place). I'd like to strip the acrylic and start over again. The part in question is the drivers's control panel for a 1/35 th scale Tiger I. Anyone know a method for this besides sandblasting (ugh)?
