It will go pretty fine, but like you, I prefer something lighter and smaller for that sort of thing.  A lot of it is what you're used to and what fits your hand.

As usual Don, a factual and insightful review. You already know that I've owned my Talon for about two years, and I agree with you conclusions. It's a great all purpose tool, and it's especially nice for broader coverage applications. For the finer details, I find it heavy, so I'll use my old VL, or the latest purchase, a Badger 200.
