If your only doing the panel lines with a pin wash,then it doesn't matter because you will be wiping off any excess,but I would do it in steps,first all the decaling,then all the weathering steps

Hello All;

If I was to accent panel lines with a dark wash would I do it before or after Decals. I plan to do aditional weathering but was wondering about the panel lines by them selves.
