Not sure if this should be under Painting or Reference Material, but I came across this paint conversion chart.
PDF document, its a little hard to read at first because it goes 3-4 pages across, but it references USN colours, Vallego, Tamiya, Humbrol and Testors.
Hope its accurate though :)
