I had two of these. this is the brush that got me started. 1 worked fine and the other wasn't so nice. who ever manufactures these brushes has a serious quality control problem.
tamiya 1/48 P-47D $25 + shipping
tamiya 1/48 mosquito $20+ shipping
hobby boss 1/48 F-105G. wings and fuselage cut from sprue. $40+ shipping.

Wow, it is finally happening.
My sincere thanks to Gary Glass and Joanna Murphy of Iwata for sending me the samples.
I hope that they will be sending you a real Iwata soon.
BTW, I really enjoy reading this review. You are so good in putting the right prespective on this cheap airbrush. The Neo has nice finish, a smooth but firm trigger. These are important elements of a good airbrush and many Chinese knock-off lack them. Yet, they cannot control the quality of the equally important nozzle cap. It tells me why this is a CHEAP airbrush when Iwata's supplier cannot control something as basic as the nozzle cap opening dimension.
Thank you again for the review.
