I will look forward to your report on how well it works. It will be the frist data point on these made for Badger in China compressors.
The earlier report on the TC910 from Canada is less than assuring. The report talked about its noise problem, but did not mention if it ran cool or hot.
Adaster I love the Badger Krome airbrush. I wish I would have spent the additional money and bought the Badger 180-15 Compressor. The Badger 80-8 compressor just doesn't do the job well.

What happened to the Badger TC908 Aspire Compressor that you originally decided on? I am not surprised about your comment on the Badger 80-8. Are you going to return the 80-8 and get the TC908 instead?
The TC908 will be a better deal than the 180-15 because it comes with a regulator/gauge/mositure trap while the 180-15 does not. You may also look at the Paasche DA400R. It costs a little more, but will give you even more margin.
Someone on this forum purchased the Iwata Spring Jet compressor and felt similar to you on the 80-8. They are good for water based colors such as artistic water color, cosmetics or cake decoration. Modeler tends to use a variety of paints and need a little more powerful compressor.
Oh. Sorry to hear that. Those Chinese compressors work pretty good for the money.
Sorry maybe I should have said comment. The compressor just doesnt have enough umph.
wheres the review?
