Thanks for the link,, the one I was thinking about is listed here

http://direct.hobbycraft.co.uk/products-Aztek-Shesto-Ultimate-Metal-Airbrush-Set_344485.htm

not sure if its pricey or not, never spent more than £20 on an airbrush before but now I find I need to flexability and detail a better brush would give me.

3 years ago, I got an Aztek A470, which was the plastic body predecessor of the Shesto. I got rid of it in a month and got an Iwata Eclipse HP-CS instead. I never look back. The Iwata is a much more refined design. It also costs less than £200.

Before I decide, I always like to hold the airbrush in my hand and pull on the trigger to feel it. I also perfer a brand that I can get spares such needle and nozzle locally at reasonable price. For me, Iwata fits that bill.

Your user ID indicated that you might be in England. If so, you have better price for European made airbrushes. The Harder & Steenbeck are cheaper than similar Japanese or American made ones. You can get the H&R Evolution Silverline Solo for £100 or the top of the line Infinity 2-in-1 for £200 including VAT. I have seen some very good price at European mail order houses.
