Mixing Alclad clear color with Alclad high-shine metalic color
Posted by TB6088 on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 1:51 PM

Before I use up the last of my Alclad II in yet another experiment, I thought I'd ask if anyone has tried mixing an Alclad "high-shine" color with an Alclad "clear" color.  I can mix regular with regular and high-shine with high-shine, but I don't know if I'll retain the high-shine finish if I add an Alclad clear color--- like clear blue, for instance.  I'm pretty sure I'd lose the high-shine if I overcoated with clear blue, but I'm thinking mixing the high-shine and the clear blue might work.  If anyone has tried this and/or has an opinion, please let me know.  Thanks,

Tom
