"FS" refers to Federal Standard 595, which is a standard coding system for paint colours. The leading "1" indicates that the colours you require are gloss.

I can't find any commercial model paints which match these numbers exactly, but this should give you an idea of what is required.

Keep in mind that there are limitations based on your monitor's ability to accurately represent these colours.
