paintbrusher -which are the best ?

Well just go for Purdy without any thought, they are the best for the work you are looking for. They are long lasting and smoother to use!! I am having same.

There is no "best" paintbrush. Find some quality ones that you like and buy one and see how it performs for you. Many people buy red sable and swear by them so I would say they are probably one of the best choices.

I rarely use paint brushes except for small details in the cockpit of an aircraft and I use some Royal Taklon paintbrushes that I bought at a Michael's Art store. They are inexpensive and perform well.

Filbert, if you can find 'em...

If you really want the best, go for Winston & Netwon Series 7 brushes.  You can not buy those at regular craft stores like Hobby Lobby or Michael's.  I brought my set at a local artist shop and they had brushes stored behind the cashier so I had to ask for them. 

It is much cheaper to buy online vendors if you really want to save money.  I paid $40 for three brushes several months ago which I didn't mind since the artist shop was only five miles away.  I love them and I will not ever go back to old & cheaper paintbrushes again.
