Coast Airbrush as well as some other suppliers sell the Airbrush Action videos on a variety of subjects for airbrushing, although there is nothing specific to modeling. The "Beginning Airbrush" video by Terry Hill is pretty good as a basic airbrush video although it is geared towards T-shirt airbrush artists.
You could call Coast Airbrush and explain to them what you want to learn and they will direct you to the best video or book they know of.
