the problem is probably because the counter weight was dislocated from the motor through intense use, to check and fix this, open the front hatch (the side with the regulator and stuff), the counter weight, which is a piece of magnet, is right inside, normally it should be locked onto the metal handle on the side that is facing you, and screwed onto the motor on the other, if the metal handle isn't doing motions while the motor is running, then the counter weight had dislocated on the motor side, you can try to relocate it from here, but it's kind hard, or you can open the hatch on the other side, while inside, remove
FOUR long screw in there, and the compressor body should be able to split in two part from the middle, then you can just screw the rotor onto the counter weight, easy fix
