Looks like Trumpeter messed up with the paint colours again (nothing unusual) the Mr Color number quoted (24) is actually a grey (for Gundam models!).
The nearest "Sky" colour is 26 "Duck Egg Green" which is equivalent to most other manufacturers' "Sky" (like Tamiya's XF-21). However, as noted, this is not the correct colour and is too pale for the interior.
